If you’ve thought about selling your home, chances are you’ve been concerned about selling a home that may not be perfect.

I would definitely say that it is a seller’s market in California right now because we’re seeing some of the lowest inventory we’ve seen in the last five years. We’ve only got about two months of inventory.

You could be risking missing the best time to sell if you wait. We never know when the best time is going to be, but historically speaking, this is some of the best time to sell, because of the timing. March, April, and May are when the most sales take place. Having low inventory will help you sell the property quicker because there’s simply more eyes on your property. You want that increase in exposure.

The most important repairs and upgrades are things like the kitchen, fixtures, and paint. Every house is different, so we’ll come out for a free consultation of your home, inside and out. If your house isn’t in perfect selling condition, give us a call. We might be able to help you because we have a lot of different tools to help you get upgrades made. We have contractors who you can pay after close of escrow for service. We also work with a professional photographer and occasionally stagers on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. I’d love to talk about your home.
